Small nice office where you can do your application for a passport. The lady inside was really helpful and gave me the info i needed.
They also take your photo for a fee, so it is really convenient.
The parking situation inside the University is honestly terrible, so be prepared for that. The whole process took like maybe 20 mins, but I was the only one there. They also work until noon, so make sure to get there early!

Don't forget to bring all the things you will need!! Check it out before on the website. Mainly you'll need a BLANK CHECK or cash iirc(they don't accept the application fee as a credit card charge, the facility/picture fee can be charged to your card). Proof of citizenship (birth certificate etc.) and an additional ID (such as a driver's license).

Quick process and got my passport right away, but the office that distributes the passports and takes your supporting documents literally lost my birth certificate.

Although the appointment I made was 2 months out; it fit our schedule just fine. The two individuals in the office were very nice and got us in and out super fast. This is a little hidden gem! They did tell me they only do walk ins during the week but offer some weekend appointments.

I'm never going anywhere else for passport services. Operating hours are somewhat odd, but the staff here make up for it. They're extremely fast and extremely kind and friendly. If you need photos for visas or a passport definitely go here. They don't use a flash when they take the photo so this is excellent if you have sensitive eyes like me.

The UNT Passport Office made the process very easy and convenient. They checked all the paperwork, took passport pictures of my two children and handled mailing the applications for us. It was also very easy to make an appointment through their scheduling platform.

The staff was incredibly helpful and informative. However, please be aware that a "starter check" will not be accepted there. It must be a check with your name and addresses printed at the top, not written in.

That being said, you can obtain a money order from the CVS off of Hickory St., which is a short walk from the office, in the event they do not accept your check.
