They honestly have done a great job with taking care of what I have been sick with and super helpful on preventative care so it wont happen again. The only complaint I have is the people on the phone when you schedule an appointment can be pretty rude. I didnt catch her name but she sounded old and dismissed me like as if i didnt feel sick? Like bro im paying you, incredibly frustrating

Refused me service because I had been hit by a car and they didn't want to "deal with" the insurance. Was bleeding in front of them and the best they could do was give me some bandages. Wow.

VERY VERY helpful!! Awesome staff who are incredibly good at answering questions for new students like me who don’t know how to adult. Also very good with money and letting you know what’s the cheapest route to healthcare! ❤️

The staffs were very friendly and were able to stay on schedule with my appointment. I am very appreciative for their willingness to support and doesn't force their students to do unnecessary tests that will cost more money. Something that I wish was provided was, however, more time and detailed conversation that can make me understand that I am not suffering from anything else other than depression. Other than that, I am happy with my experience with this clinic.

UNT Medical Dr was rude to my son. Showed my son no compassion and diagnosed him wrong even after he provided the previous history about his tonsils and prescribed per my sons ENT a antibiotic that did absolutely nothing for him. I attended UNT years ago over almost 20 and to know that the medical Dr. can't be the same and if they're not that the attitude and care is actually the same is sad.Or it maybe it's racially biased either way. UNT should do a better job of overseeing this or get rid of it.

I completely agree with the comment about the bitter people that work here. I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone with an older female employee and was treated so disrespectfully. I was cut off multiple times mid sentence, and my symptoms were dismissed entirely… even though I mentioned I was having a hard time breathing. The students contacting the health center are obviously not feeling well and being treated with disrespect and not being taken seriously is so frustrating. I will not be going to the health and wellness center in the future because of this incident, and I don’t recommend that anyone else does. This is not the UNT I know and love… do better.
