I met Tom Orlando in 2014, when I went to Tampa as a curious prospective buyer. At the time, I was not sure if I was ready to relocate from California to Florida, but wanted to explore options. A buddy of mine recommended Tom and he gave me an extensive tour of the best areas in the Tampa area without any pressure to buy. I returned again a couple of years later and he once again did not hesitate to show me around with no pressure or obligation to commit. He always stayed in touch and was always sending emails and best wishes on special occasions. Last year, I decided to finally purchase a home in Tampa and I knew that Tom Orlando was the realtor for the job. This was a time when buying a home was extremely difficult due to the pandemic. He helped me navigate the housing market and even assisted with securing financing and home insurance. We were able to purchase a beautiful home in Wesley Chapel and I could not have done it without his guidance and expertise.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and always places his client(s) above his commission. He is well connected in the Tampa area and will help you with everything related to selling or buying a house. After so many years, Tom has become more than just a realtor and I consider him a close friend. I 1st worked with Tom in 2015 to purchase a condo. He was very easy to work with and listen to what I really wanted in a place to live.. He gave me several choices and accompanied me to each condo to view it together.. He asked my likes and dislikes and was very professional. He not only found me the perfect place he even got the the seller to go down in additional $5000 at closing. What a Great guy. Over the years we have kept in touch and became friends. This year when the prices went up I thought I would take another look around to see if there was something with a lower HOA fee than I was currently paying. We viewed several places but as he told me, prior to going, the HOA's were quite high. I didn't see any advantage for me to make a move at this time so we parted ways, still as friends.
