The 3 Day Workshop was incredible. It opens up your eyes to all the opportunities that out there with tax defaulted properties that you never knew existed. Highly recommend that you get a Coach if you can. Ted has the complete SYSTEM! Just do what he tells you to do and you will be very successful.

I absolutley would recommend the workshop, it covers every doubt you may have by giving you hands on training. You want to learn from real people that have done what they are teaching, not just some speakers. These coaches have all been in your seat, and have overcome all the fears that anyone person maybe having, they are very movtivating, they are real, eager to help you to move forward. You get a sense of family..and that speaks volume.
Thanks to Ted and his team, I am looking forward to this journey with you all.

The workshop was so motivating. I was encourage and excited and still excited. One suggestion I would add to the tutorials provided weekly would be to provide the recording for all the tutorials each week instead of one. Because I work I can make many of them because they re provide during the work day. If I could catch the recording that week throughout the following week, it would’ve helpful. Not everyone that are signed up for the program retirees

I had a great experience at this seminar I learned so much about the tax lien and deeds business as well as funding options and how to manage taxes. Overall an excellent decision to attend. Worth the time and money invested.

Ted Thomas is the first RE investor who created the tax lien strategies many years ago. By going to the workshop, I met him in person, listened to his presentations, which was really cool. He is not young, but he still cares about people who want to learn about his business. That's really amazing to me. The workshop was greatly organized by knowledgeable personnel. The talks were informative and focused on topics. I also liked the panels of experts and coaches who have had hand-on experiences in all aspects of the business. I enjoyed my every single minutes at the workshop.

I enjoyed seeing the coaches, Ted's assistants, and meeting Ted himself in-person! I learned a few new things in the class, met some really nice people and made a few new friends too! I also signed up for the 1:1 coach, which I was very excited to have been able to do. I think Ted's team is one of the best out there doing this for others and you can not go wrong working with his system for tax lien and tax deed investing! Why wait any longer in changing your outcomes to the only ones that you have control over and benefit like so many others! Attend a session and dig in to $ now!

This workshop is my third one, and I’m looking forward to more. Each time I have different goals. During this most recent workshop, I wanted to focus on challenges and lessons learned. I’m convinced that everyone makes mistakes and pays “tuition” – the cost of learning – when they start a new endeavor. The lessons we learn help shape how we proceed. For me, the workshops are a way to avoid mistakes and to learn from others’ experiences in three full, fast-paced days.
