I signed up with MoneySolver in 2021. Since then I have had a number of case workers, but none worked my case. I Paid them around $3,000.00. They did absolutely nothing for me. I submitted the same forms multiple times. One of my case workers actually said he never received the records and to resend them even though the email was marked as being read. At one time I actually spoke to the vice president of the company. He promised me that he would take care of it. Never heard from him again and today I have Tax liens.

This is a predator company. Communication is ridiculous. They can't answer simple question or give simple reasonable updates. For example...they won't even give you the dates and descriptions of that they are doing. They just keep saying they are waiting for transcript while they leech your bank account. Kinda funny how when I decided to cancel their manager tells me they received the transcripts literally within 15 minutes of another person telling me they were still waiting on them. They have ZERO desire to communicate with you along they but are happy to drag it out to get the most out of you before they do anything. Seriously...BEWARE. The first thing they said they were going to do was contact the IRS one behalf and put a pause on "due" taxes. Yes $600.00 later I am getting lien and levy threats from the IRS. There refusal to tell me what they are doing and when is a big red flag they are just out to pray on people trying to get back on track. I can't caution enough. SAY AWAY!!!

I'm in a desperate situation, so I felt like I needed to find help for my tax debt solution. The red flag should have been when they were paid upfront nearly $7,000 for their services. They talk tough at first, like they'll fist fight the IRS for you. But after they receive payment, I was repeatedly emailed a generic "we are trying to reach you" and "contact me as soon as possible so we can move forward". My agent rarely answered his phone. Emails weren't much better. The information my agent obtained from the IRS was outdated, and even after i provided current documents nothing was resolved. Several people here told me i could afford to pay the IRS back in full and one even laughed at me when i suggested the $100k+ balance I owed could be reduced. The opposite reaction I received when I talked to the very first agent at Moneysolver/ Tax Defense. They assign you a Pit bull to think you're protected, but just string you along after they get paid. They have now ended services with me as they claim the window of resolutions has closed. I provided them with all the proper documents within their deadline. But days before due date, they said it wasnt in proper format.
In conclusion, most knowledgeable tax payers are capable of setting up payment plans online, for free. Without paying these ridiculous fees with no help.

Please stay away! This company seem to be full of games and scams. I'm throughly upset and frustrated that I have been tossed around multiple times, ghosted, etc. They do not return calls. Once they get you hooked into an expensive payment plan (nearly $6k) forget about them calling you back and having to chase and hunt someone down. I paid 10% for them to get started, and then made another payment the following month totaling ~1k). David Vega has yet to return my call so that I can revoke the POA. They didn't do anything but reach out to the IRS and tell me how much I owe and what the payment plan would be. Like I could have (and did) do that myself!!! You mean to tell me you all charge people 6k just to tell them what they already know from the IRS!!

I've been trying to get someone to call me back for days now so that I can officially close this out and seek a refund!! I worked out my own arrangements with the IRS!!

RUN FAST!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't hear back ASAP!

I have been requesting the 381.00 dollars they got from me threw payment set up. The next payment was suppose to be automatic. I called to tell them and got the run around with different people at money solver. They said I defaulted the contract. All I need is my money back. Please deposit my funds back in my account. I going to contact consumer affairs if my funds are not refunded. Thank you. Bridget jackson

This company is a nightmare I’ll keep my review short …
-I have had 5 different case workers …
- papers not even filed for well over 1.5 years while being lead to believe they had been filed.
- told one thing at the beginning and then told the complete opposite 3 years later. (Case should have taken less then 9 months )
- out of the blue they withdrew closed the case (in their office ) and left to figure it out on my own. Completely just stopped even responding.
- took my money sent a few emails to me a call here and there and that’s about the extent of the work they did. If you have a family pet they are probably a better solution for any help than this company. Maybe even a toddler. Will never recommend them to anyone. Just take your money drive down the highway and throw every penny out the window. I promise it will be less stressful, less disappointing, nowhere near the complete waste of of time it will be to dealing with money solver.

Do not use this terrible service!!! 5k and almost 6 years and they have done nothing other than slow down the process. IRS said I didn't file for years, sent copies to IRS and MS, both said they didn't have the files. I sent 5 years of taxes to IRS every year since 2018 (ie 2018 --- 13-18, 2019 ---14-19 etc.) . Even had years where IRS said I didn't file yet had letters in my account saying they took the money owed to pay for back taxes Even with sending them to both MS and IRS I kept getting asked to re-submit (over 10 times I sent them to MS and I lost track with IRS, certified mail means nothing!) Now I have penalties and interest, no movement to resolve and if they ever get this fixed I will still have to pay the whole amount plus P/I. At this rate I will have to use my SS to pay for taxes and keep working to pay bills!!! Do not use this useless service they are a rip off! 2nd letter of feedback 1st was 2-3 years ago and I'm still waiting! Need a IRSS court to tell them they messed up and I filed, need a claims court to file for my money back to put toward the taxes they were supposed to fix. Wish I could leave no stars!!!!

I am absolutely devastated and I don’t know what to do. This company took $8000 I barely had and now refuses to help me. I was jerked around for so long and now that they got all my money, they won’t take my calls or respond to my emails, and I don’t know how I am ever going to get my head about water with the IRS. I cannot believe a company like this exists that can scam people so badly. I hope no one else makes the mistake I did. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
