Our experience was pleasant. I took my 7yr old daughter and she loved Abigail her stylist. She said Mom please write "Thank you Ms. Abigail for doing my hair, you are a very good stylist with very good talent and a nice person as well."

Vanessa is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not care about the little girls who she calls clients. She does not show up to scheduled appointments neither does she facilitate damage control. Her communication skills is comparable to an alzheimer patient. I am done with them unless I come to Kay only. It's a job to her not a passion or career. Sorry Dorn. The salon is beautiful but the owner dorn needs passionate, trustworthy, and licensed beauticians with integrity. Dorn if you wanna know what actually happened let me know.

A little expensive for what my daughter had done. We had a 3 o'clock appointment, but weren't out till almost 6:30. We spent most of the time waiting because my daughter's braids only took about 40 minutes. Despite all of that, the staff was very nice and respectful.

My baby an i are so happy we will be coming back. Takes time with kids an has patience an understands from a kids point of view my daughters very first visit an i was so proud of her. God bless this young lady with patience an understanding that some don't have when comes down to kids like tenderheaded ones. Thank for making me an my daughter comfortable an happy in your salon.

I have been taking my mixed daughter here for over 2 years never had an issue. The staff has always been delightful to work with always made us feel comfortable even when my daughter hair is tangled they work very hard and diligent to accommodate us, my daughter has been really comfortable getting her hair done here there is not another salon that I know of that deals with kids in such structure plus there is no deposit to book an appointment and there are multiple stylist that are available to always tend to her hair I thank god for those ladies in their. If it’s ever been an issue it’s always handled correctly and professionally if it’s ever a problem it would have to be on that person who has never dealt with hair stand point, those ladies are clearly in their to do a job and everyone of those staff members from what I have seen and experienced does it well. Keep up the great work ladies , sincerely a forever customer

I have been taking my daughter to this salon for the past 3 years and I love it. She started getting her hair done here when she was only three years old. They are patient, extremely good at what they do and my daughter comes out of the chair looking adorable. They are very creative with the styles they do and really take pride in their work. I highly recommend UNT kids. They really do care for your child's hair.

Honestly, this place needs 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Was told to bring my daughter at 6 to find out they had overbooked and wasn’t ready for her. Then was asked to come back at 7 just to be waiting another 30 minutes. Was not given appropriate communication and the girl that said she was gonna do my daughter’s hair seemed to have an attitude and didn’t directly speak to me. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a salon and would never recommend them to anyone. Simple communication and respect goes a long way.
