Janet has done such an amazing job with bringing our team together even closer. She’s introduced us to an amazing culture guide that has given us the open doors to communicating in such a professional but still keeping it like family that we are in our office. She’s always got some really great suggestions no matter what department in the office you may work in. She’s helped the dental assistant side to become more organizing by creating a great operating manuel which will definitely be helpful to any new candidates that would love to tag on to our beautiful team in the future. But my favorite of all definitely is our team bonding gatherings she has managed to get together even with our busy schedules those have been AMAZING and FUN !!
