This company doesn’t even deserve a negative star. I was discriminated against. I was left out in the cold. I was tricked. I was scammed. I was stolen from extra money other bank cards on my account were used by the staff I can go on and on and left several complaints I’ve left several messages for somebody from upper management to contact me. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I’ve yet to receive a phone call. This company is a scam. i’m starting to believe the Customer Service number that you call to leave a complaint with is just another scam part of it all because I left messages twice they promised for a manager to call me back which never happened and then they don’t have record of you calling prior. Something needs to be done. This happened at the Auburn Massachusetts location. I will do whatever it takes to get justice for what happened to me by ENTERSCAM This place should be shut down immediately.

As a master reviewer for Google with millions of impressions, a consultant, and a person going for his PhD, I will not accept being deceived.

I am inclined on filing a lawsuit unless a resolution is attained in the next 14 days.

We leased a vehicle from Texas (USA) to Ontario (Canada).

We had initially leased it for 4 days.

However, during our trip, I called enterprise customer service to ask if there was a possibility of extending it by 3 more days.

The man was not sure and asked his woman colleague.

He came back and said yes, and went ahead and charged me 140$ CAD.

He did not mention any additional expenses.

I accepted and was thrilled.

Fast forward to the day before we were expected to return the car.

We received a call from Enterprise (in Texas).

He told us to return the car immediately as we were "late" and will be charged.

We told him that we called and received a contract renewal.

He said that he does not see it on his end.

We drove to the Enterprise location in Ontario.

The seemingly-nice-but-inflexible man shared that the 140$ was a fee to modify the contract, and did not include the rental price per additional day.

I told him that the employee on the phone only told me it would cost 140$. If it had been more, I would not have agreed to an extension.

He also told me "you thought an extension would only cost you 140$? That barely covered one days worth".

What a horrible argument that is.

I told him that I did not work for Enterprise- how was I supposed to know? Again, I agreed to pay 140$ as per my recorded conversation with the employee...over the phone.

He did not want to budge.

At this point, I lost all confidence in their abilities to give me clear and accurate information.

I returned the car a day early.

I ended up getting charged so much. Roughly 1884 CAD. Original estimate was 660 USD (924 CAD).

All the stress caused, compounded with clinical anxiety.

Horrible.

Unless a resolution occurs, I will avoid using their services again.

Deceitful.

If the employee made a mistake over the phone, I should not be held accountable.

Additionally, I never received an amended contract after speaking to the employee over the phone.

Do better. Quickly.

What a total crap company. We recently purchased a minivan from their auto sales company. We asked if the vehicle had been in an accident and were told absolutely not the car fax was clean. We now have found undeniable evidence of the car having been in a collision. We pointed this out to the manager of the facility and we're told too bad for you.. Would you like to pay more money and buy something else from us? Obviously a very deceptive practice. Very disappointing to be sold a wrecked beat vehicle with no recourse or appetite on the part of the seller to make things right.

Clearly no one at Enterprise cares about what their customers think since they haven't responded to a single issue here. But I will have you know that the location in BLUE SPRINGS doesn't honor the on line reservation system. What the hell is the purpose of the system please explain. TWICE I've reserved a car confirmed the reservation ONLY to be called minutes before closing the DAY before pick up that they don't have cars! WHAT!?
I was calm and asked can you see if another location has a car for me. NOPE no help or customer service given. I'm done with Enterprise and National.

This company has horrible business practices! I had an economy car reserved for over 2 weeks and they picked me up at the auto shop. When we get to Enterprise - oops! They only have 2 big SUVs left to rent. So they didn’t reserve me a car? Really? Isn’t that what a reservation is for?
So of course they uprated me from what I reserved to what was available - the guy there told me that they don’t hold cars that have been reserved -- whomever comes in and rents gets whatever is available at the time regardless if they have reservations on file. They just rent out anything that’s there on the lot to anyone who wants it because that’s the law. Really? Breaching contracts on a daily basis is also against the law and bad business practice. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.

For my mother's birthday, we have 15 family members going from St Louis to Kentucky for a lunch party for her. Went on line reserved a 15 passenger van, got both confirmation via Email and on my app. 3 days later less than 24 hours before we are to pick up the van I get a text. We have no 15 passenger vans available for you. I call the branch, no van. They give me numbers to braches who "MIGHT" have a van... nobody offers to pick up a phone to call anyone. Nothing is done on their end. I call around. Nobody has one. I call the main number and speak with a guy. "I am a lead call manager, I have direct contact with the branch manager and district manager. I will have them call you back" still never called me.... So needless to say, they didn't PICK ME UP. They completely LET US DOWN.

Go up
