Dry Fast is an amazing company, we had 2 floods at our home on 2 separate occasions. The technicians responded quickly and were able to get our home back in order within 3 days. The technicians were fast and courteous and they were able to work with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Dry Fast to everyone I know.

Jacob and DryFast did an excellent job on our home repair. He made sure that everyone involved in the project (AC, drywall, cleaning crew, etc.) were scheduled and available so the process was smooth and actually finished a day earlier than expected. He stopped by our home several times both days to make sure everything was on track and kept us informed about each step of the process, making sure all our questions were answered. Great Job!!

We had water damage and Dryfast was great. From the inspection to the receptionist we felt everyone was friendly and helpful and cared about getting us back to normal. They were careful to ensure our home was completely dry before removing their machines. We felt confident in their assessment each day and also felt like we gained knowledge of the situation just from speaking with the technicians, daily. Then when it came to repair, they did a beautiful job. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the archway and trim look even better than before. We were concerned with it being a brand new home that the archway would have the same look as the same archway style in the home and it ended up a perfect match. The guys were professional and did a great job. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend their service.

Dryfast has been working on my Ac unit. Jacob was over seeing all the work. He has kept me informed on all the steps. He was very clean and organized. I was very impressed with the promptness and quality of work performed by the DryFast personnel after a water supply line broke under my sink. It happened during the late evening hours and they showed up at 11:30 pm and got to work right away.

I'd like to point out that they accidentally damaged my storm door but they repaired it properly and quickly without giving me any excuses.

I definitely will use them again and will refer them to those that have a need for their services.

I recently had some pretty serious water damage affect my home, and had to call a water mitigation specialist. Dryfast came highly recommended, and let me just say how pleased I am that I called them. Not only were they exceptionally good in customer service, but they helped fix my problem very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend anyone with water damage to them, because they have lived up greatly to my expectations.

We called Dryfast on the way home from a vacation cut short when our neighbors notified us that our unit had suffered a major water leak and flooded. We had no idea what we would be walking into! Greg answered our call and walked us through the initials steps, and when we arrived home, Jacob was there to meet us. He was very thorough, inspecting every corner of the house, and taking readings throughout. Jacob was very patient with us as we "flooded" him with questions as this is our first incident of this sort. He was able to discuss in detail the action plan and time we could expect for the process to be complete. The equipment was set up quite quickly and has been running round the clock without problems! Jacob was back to do a check up and follow up readings and again, only the best in customer service. We recommend Dryfast systems for all your water remediation needs, without any hesitation!!
