It's been going fine thus far since I was transferred to a new recruiter. Both Tania and Mark are incredibly kind and professional. As long as you communicate, they will work with you and recognize that things happen. You have to keep in mind that you are an independent contractor, which means you are self-employed, thus it is not just the company's responsibility to communicate, but also yours to keep them updated. Furthermore, even the greatest of the best occasionally have hiccups; nobody is flawless.

Very unprofessional, I requested to get a call back in September 16, 2024 and didn’t receive a call back until October 28, 2024… The facilities that they send us to are very dirty, very nasty & has bedbugs, roaches, and mice. The company does not care about your health, or your well-being as long as you’re providing service to their cases, which are little to none. They mess up on the pay. They take $50 out of your check if you call out even if an emergency or not which is not okay cause you work hard for your money! It’s just not a good company to work for.

DO NOT APPLY!!! Trust the reviews you are reading!! Lack of communication and general carelessness. Paid $70 to get my finger prints done for them to ghost me for an entire week after saying wait 24 hours. Unprofessional to say the least, save your time, money and effort.

This agency will ask you to work a shift then not pay you. Some workers do not check if you as a worker have any expired required documents. Do not apply to this organization as they are only concerned about maintaining client relationships but not worker relationships. I worked on 7/13 and 7/14 and I’m still having to call them everyday asking for my pay. I will be reporting this agency to the labor bureau and the EEOC.

Horrible company! Do not recommend. They are VERY unprofessional, lack of communication, and just all around unorganized. They will make you go through an entire hiring process just to ghost you. The hiring process includes you coming out of pocket for clearances too. Never again would I waste my time, this was the second chance I gave them btw…years apart.

Have been contracting with Delta T 10 years plus for part time work opportunities. It is not a bad agency if you have a Rep that stays on their job. The turnover rate is of course high but the experience is what you make it. Independent contracting can work just put up 75-$100 per pay check for tax purposes.Good luck!

This agency is extremely dysfunctional. Poor communication. They had me working several weeks and have not paid me going on 4 weeks now. Once brought to their attention they began coming up with excuses to justify it. The pay rate is below what a nurse should be making. If you are a nurse DO NOT work for Delta.

This place is a joke, they are not really hiring, they will have you fill out paperwork, buy uniforms, shoes with the false pretense that you have been hired. They get you to provide your SSN, banking info, copies of ID and other sensitive information and then stop contacting you. They even have you take a CPR class for 60$ that has to be paid for via cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle which sounds very sketchy to me. The class was in a dark basement that it seemed like they snuck access to and wasn’t supposed to be there. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Glenna Sheard just tells lie after lie, she couldn’t even tell me how the pay works. I wouldn’t even waste my time applying here if I were you I’d RUN!!!! You will waste so much money and then they’ll stop contacting you. I guess she just wants her recruitment numbers up or possibly doing something with peoples personal info, check your credit reports and put alerts on all of your bank accounts if you’ve given this company your info. This was a complete waste of time and money. The most horrible job ever applied to!
