Scrap receiving rejected my load because one pallet “shifted”. The shipper just put the one box on a short pallet. It came off easily at a cross dock. Aurubis employees wouldn’t even try. They also told me to “get out of here” when I asked them why they wouldn’t. They were all sitting around talking. LAZY.

2 stars because of overnight parking
First you go to gate 6 to check in, then you get back on the main road and go to gate 2.
There is for some idiot reason a NO TRUCKS big sign. Ignore it, stupid people put it there for no good reason and that’s why the 2 stars!

Very fast wait time for truck drivers! Was in & out within 30 mins. Bring safety equipment (hardhat, glasses, vest) if not they will provide in exchange for license which you will get back once the equipment is returned. Very helpful security guards.

It’s first come first serve for receiving. Gate 6 is street past two light from sayre st next to Race st. Check in at 8:10 am out by 9:30 am was three truck ahead of me.

This is my second pick up from this company! One of the fastest loading on a semi ! Need hard hat and safety glasses , if you don’t have thaws security guard will give you , once you check with security go to scale and after you get loaded again go to the scale, guard check will flag you once he weighs you! If you are picking up make sure the broker calls the shipping department to let them know who’s picking the load , company name , truck and trailer number very important this is a must otherwise they won’t load you! Need trailer less than 10 year old !

Nice people , but experience is bad , long wait time to unloading + nailed wooden planks , so be ready to take them off ( not easy ) plus nails all over … I don’t care about all that , but who unload the trailer need to take everything off , otherwise you will see everything all the garbage on your property

Truckers dont even come to this place to pick up Franklin load. This is second time I am coming here. Three hours at least they take to load you up. First time it take them 5 hours to load. Today, My appointment was at 10am. It is 1pm. I am still waiting for them to load 7 pallets. Franklin load dont even bother unless you have at least 3 hour to spare.

Almost 3 hours to put 7 pallets of metal coils, they take their time, you have to get inside your trailer to put rubber mats on floor. Portable toilets & overnight parking
