We are approaching our one year anniversary with AURA and we have been thrilled with everything from Onboarding with Jean Miller to the continued ongoing support from Jennifer. The team at AURA made the transition incredibly easy with every step of the way for our front desk team as well as our styling team. Sure change is never easy, yet the more we dive deeper into the rich offerings of AURA the better things run for us! The follow up consistently, they care about any challenges we are facing and the way they stopped everything to support made it perfectly clear that we choose the best partner in AURA. Oh yeah, their training content is a wealth of unbelievable information and their constant system updates are communicated out well before they happen. They are also open to work with you if you feel something could be better or different. We have completely loved and appreciated everything they have done for our salon. I don't understand why I can't talk to anyone in the office. The instructors don't know all the features of the software. I was forced to sign the contract, they didn't give me the opportunity to try the software first. I would like more support.

Thankfully, the Aura team as a whole, walked us through step by step on how to navigate their system initially with individual/group training segments. It's been amazing to see all the new upgrades and features added in the last 6 months to make our lives easier! That's easier on the owner side along with stylist side.
