Store looks nice, so I give credit to that, but the person at the front, not so nice. First, before I went to the campus, I got an email from the bookstore saying that they got the textbook I needed in stock. But when I got there this afternoon, I was told that they were out of stock (told by the lady at the front). So then I asked her if she can check to see when the next order will arrive, but then she rudely pointed out, "No, I can't do that since we're out of stock."
After I finished paying, I stepped back because I thought she was taking care of another customer, but then she said to me, "Don't forget your receipt," again in a rude tone. All I had was a receipt showing that I paid for the code. Then I asked her if the code is on the receipt, and she rudely pointed to the code (or PIN for me to get my access code).
Then I walked out of the store with disappointment because of her service towards me and the fact that she's wouldn't even go to the bookshelves in the back of the store and actually look for it, and tell me that they were out of stock. But then, a nice young lady came to me and guided me through how to use that PIN and receive my actual code through a specific website. So I thank her for that, but the lady at the counter, not so much!

The campus bookstore is a one stop shop for all your school and or class needs! They have everything from license plates to lanyards and everything in between! I love it there and the workers are so helpful...
