We are very pleased with the work of Contractor John Kinser and his excellent field manager Jesse Isgrig. Kin-Care completely renovated our primary bathroom: remodeled shower access; removed tub, large wall mirrors, wallpaper; replaced vanity, lighting, wall cabinets, all fixtures & hardware; new tile on floor, shower walls & floor.

John & Jesse were competent, hard-working & respectful of us and our home. They helped us decide what we wanted, listened, made suggestions. Both were easily reachable throughout the process. We always knew who was coming and when. The site was cleaned-up daily. They also handled framing, installed the 80" Bertch double vanity, hung wall cabinets & hardware.

John's subcontractors reflected his ethics: Luis' team was impressive at demo & wallpaper removal. Julio, best drywaller in town! Painter Scott: perfect texturing & precise trim. Electrician Tim accommodated our special requests. Plumber Trenton worked well with Cassondra's Planet Stone quartz team. Brian & Kenny from Dynamic were always amiable despite a difficult shower door installation.

Expert tiler Jeff Jagodzinski was a superstar & great guy with helpful opinions. Meticulous, experienced, Jeff installed 3 kinds of tile & did an outstanding job making the shower adaptations that were important to us.

John has excellent communication skills, is organized, focused, & manages the company with integrity. He & Jesse are kind, patient & willing to do more. Both are gentlemen.

Future projects with Kin-Care are highly recommended.

Remodeled entire bathroom which included converting tub to walk-in shower with knee wall and frameless glass panel. From the beginning when I told Jesse what I wanted the bathroom to look like, and through the entire process right up to when John completed the finishing touches, we could not have had a better team take care of our project. John expertly explained to all the sub contractors what he wanted done and closely inspected each phase to ensure it was completed as desired. My bathroom remodel was supposed to start today, January 4, 2021. The contract and payment was completed in NOVEMBER!!! No phone call or email to tell me it was delayed. What a disappointment to find out they knew on 12-31 that the project would be delayed. I scheduled a two vacation from work for this. I work from home and now it is tentatively scheduled for 1-11-21. Off to HORRIBLE start. No excuse for this.

UPDATE- John and Jesse have completed my bathroom update and did an amazing job!
