In my opinion, you should USE ANY OTHER COMPANY other than GoSolar to do your solar install.
The first call was great, i was sold! We had a great conversation discussed the value of union companies and the quality of work union labor and the skilled trades uaually provides.
However, this Joe Moder guy who represents/owns this company turns out to probably be a scam artist.
He spends most of his time beating his own drum about how great he is. Says he was an attorney until
he fell into this "Solar Gig"!
He made an appointment to come out was a no-call/no-show. He didnt reach out again until about two weeks later and told me he had my numbers but wouldn't share them over the phone.
I told him I was too busy to meet with him, but I would like for him to send them to me either email or give them to me over the phone, he refused.
A few days later, he returned my call and left a couple of messages telling me that he had sent me the numbers, I did not ever get the numbers.
When I spoke with him today, he was so busy trying to figure out what numbers the other two companies that had come by to give me a proposal offered that he never did get around to giving me the numbers that he had created.
He never provided me with any numbers, only hounded me for the other compay's numbers.
My opinion...RUN FROM THIS GUY AND GoSOLAR, this guy behaves like a hungry scam artist. I wouldn't trust him with any of my personl informtion.
There are plenty of other truly reputable Solar Installation Companies. Don't waste your time here.
