Die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Vielleicht sollte man die Probleme im Vorfeld ansprechen, um dann gemeinsam eine Lösung zu finden. Meiner Aufgabe gehe ich jedenfalls mit großer Freude und Engagement nach, und erhalte von jeder Seite Unterstützung. Alle Kollegen, unabhängig ihrer Position sind überaus freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Betriebsklima ist auf einem hohen Level, man unterstützt sich gegenseitig. Vielen Dank alle Beteiligten

It was a terrible first day training on the floor for me. My trainer didn't assist me during my training; instead, they only watch me perform all of the tasks. Also, chatting to others to waste time. When I was having trouble with something she wouldn’t help me but talk. She merely gave me instructions; she didn't demonstrate how to complete the task hands on. I was having trouble doing it by myself. The machine caused me a lot of downtime. I had to hold off until everything was clear. My goal was to keep up with my production number, therefore I made an effort to work as quickly as possible. I didn't fulfill their prerequisite. 1500 felt impossible I had seven hundred only. I was not assisted by my trainer with my production number. But she complained about my downtime only. At the end of the day the shift ended, and I went home. I got a call that I was fired by the manager because of my performance. I would not recommend this place.

Management is horrible. 2nd shift keeps leaving their mess and doesn't clean it up most of the time. I don't know if the supervisor or team leads take action for not cleaning their machines. I'm tired of having to clean up after another shift when that's not my job. The company is supposed to float you when you are six months. I got floated early, and they didn't know what to do with me, so they put me wherever. They would ask if you wanted overtime. If you say no, they will get mad. You have the right to say no to overtime. The overtime was not even mandatory. Some of the supervisors and leads would get mad when you used the restroom, and you have the right to use it. I had to keep running my machine until 7 because we didn't have enough production. And I had stay behind and clean up for another shift. I'm glad I quit the environment is terrible.

Easy in and out, numerous averitt trailers.
Arrived at 2200 took a few minutes to get someone.
Plenty of space, driver restroom inside, quick unload.
Plenty of space to park if needed.
Not a bad place to deliver.

Had been there since last December, at first I really liked the job no real complaints. But after my hands and wrist started to mess up they fired me saying I couldn't keep up production. All while I was still a temp. Used me up and spit me out.

Horrible place! Spent over 7 years there! Busted my butt! We all joked around but when me and my colleague were fired for joking around its was okay couple months later!!! I really thought they cared but, Hr makes thier own rules company in Newton needs to be INVESTIGATED! Plus cutting every ones hrs out since we left guess karma does have an affect on a company!

Absolutely love working at this plant. Some of the greatest people to work with, friendly environment, helpful employees and supervisors. Really good environment to work in.
